S3 Access Points have no direct Google Cloud equivalent. Managed folders let you grant IAM roles on a folder inside a bucket, which covers part of the same need.
- Managed folders don't give each application its own endpoint or network origin controls.
- VPC Service Controls perimeters handle network-level restrictions.
