Google Cloud → AWS and Azure
AWS and Azure equivalents of Dual-region and multi-region buckets (incl. turbo replication)
The closest AWS equivalent of Google Cloud Dual-region and multi-region buckets (incl. turbo replication) is Amazon S3 Replication (CRR, SRR, Batch Replication); on Azure, Blob Storage object replication and Azure Storage redundancy (LRS, ZRS, GRS, GZRS).

Object replication across regions or accounts Partial match
S3 Replication maps partly to dual-region and multi-region buckets, which replicate automatically (turbo replication targets a 15-minute RPO for dual-regions), and to cross-bucket replication for independent buckets.
- Cross-region redundancy is a property of the bucket's location, not a rule you add to an existing regional bucket.
- Cross-bucket replication (built on Storage Transfer Service) covers cases dual-regions don't, such as separate projects.
